When you enter a quiz topic, that text is transmitted to the Google Gemini API to generate trivia questions. You are responsible for ensuring that any topic you submit does not request content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.

We do not endorse, review, or take responsibility for the accuracy of AI-generated quiz questions. Questions are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors or outdated information.
Forge uses Google Gemini AI to generate trivia questions in real time. While we instruct the AI to produce accurate, medium-difficulty questions, we cannot guarantee the factual correctness of all generated content. AI-generated questions are provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as authoritative factual sources.

Forge features a virtual economy of Coins and Trophies earned through gameplay. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for any goods or services outside of the game.

Because game state is stored in memory on our servers and in your browser's local storage, coin and trophy balances may be lost or reset in the event of a server restart, browser data clearance, or extended inactivity. We do not guarantee the permanence of any virtual balance and accept no liability for its loss.
Multiplayer game modes require authentication via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you grant Forge permission to receive your public Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) for the purpose of identifying your account and tracking your in-game progress. We do not post to your Google account or access any data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Forge website may be supported by advertising through Google AdSense. A future Android app build may use app-appropriate advertising through Google AdMob instead of website AdSense. Ads are governed by Google's advertising policies. We do not control the specific ads shown and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.
Forge may be offered as both a public website and a native Android app. The website remains the crawlable public version with informational pages, policies, and web monetization. The Android app may later include app-only modes, app-specific rewards, app store features, and mobile monetization that are not available on the website.
All original content on Forge — including the game's design, code, branding, and user interface — is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Forge without explicit written permission.
AI-generated question content is produced by Google Gemini and is subject to Google's terms regarding AI output. Trivia questions generated during gameplay are ephemeral and not stored or claimed as original creative works by us.
Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, viruses, or harmful components. We make no guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy, or performance of the AI question generation service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Forge, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, game progress, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Forge for any user who violates these Terms, misuses the service, or engages in behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players — without notice and at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Forge after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Forge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
